Contains eight pages of splendid movable chromolithograph illustrations, horizontal slats operated by tabs. Beautiful Nister chromos and victorian children subject matter. Large format. 32.5x25 cm; 20+8 pp. Hunt p. 313. Montanaro p. 180. Slightly grubby boards with bumped corners, top / tail of backstrip. Binding re-set with replacement end papers, retaining original front and rear free endpapers. Contents clean, all movables work. Printed on wood pulp paper which is now quite brittle, hence some chipping to edges. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
