This book was written by Tyrrell as a sequel to her 1914 book, 'How I Tamed the Wild Squirrels'. It is a delightful tale about the red squirrels around the author's house, the main character being one she has called Fritz, the German. Beige cloth boards with bevelled edges, lovely pasted down illustration by Appleton to front board with nicely illustrated front and rear end papers. 216x170 mm. 111 pp. Corners, top/tail backstrip bumped. Some grubbiness to boards. Small watermark to upper board pastedown. Binding tight. Personal name on ffep. Small inkstain on rear free end paper. Personal name of two prelim pages. Clean contents.
